intra: 50g karbolyn
post: 2 bananas, 50g iso-100 protein shake

m2: 8oz prime ribeye + 300g cooked medium rice

dessert: tilamook german choc cake ice cream

m3: 9oz pan seared salmon + 300g cooked medium rice

snack: 1 or 2 rise protein bars

don't count calories, but do counT macros:
~510g carbs, 280g protein.
