Stimulants in the evening is the biggest one.

The next biggest I think would be keeping a phone nearby. Some people are fine with it but if you're habitually grabbing and checking it all the time, that habit doesn't stop when you're sleeping.

Stress you can't really do anything about unless you become rich and NEET.

Surprised nobody mentioned eating beforehand (esp carbs) it'll increase your heart rate and make your sleep less restorative. Gotta find a balance where you don't go to sleep too hungry though, I usually stop eating 2-3 hrs before
