the morning fitness people were right bros
>>
It’s just like sex. Morning is always better

I don't know, for me it really depends on how hard I train. If I train hard then I'm tired and even drowzy minded for the rest of the day. Training light to medium does make me feel amazing though.

>I'm tired and even drowzy minded for the rest of the day
How is that a bad thing? I work in an office and feeling relaxed while sitting in a chair and resting all day is great.

>work out in the morning
>feel like I want to take a nap

Oh it definitely affects my productivity, my ability to focus, think creatively, etc. Depending on what work you do, that could definitely be a downside.
>>

don't train so hard
or take a pre-workout so you have the focus from the stimulant but now your body is relaxed from the workout

lately ive been training at medium intensity and i've found it easier to be consistent, manage soreness, and still have energy leftover for work/life balance

Nothing better than a cigarette after a morning workout or morning sex

You don't need to work out for that, though.

You're a diurnal animal. Everything is better in the morning.

>Cuppa joe and a cig after a hard cardio sesh while the sun is coming up.

I just feel sleepy if I train the morning.
>>77354798
>don't train so hard
I can't control myself in the gym, I always go as hard as I can.

Ok then have some breakfast first. Morning doesn't have to be 5am. Trying going right before lunch around 11.

And try just doing a relaxed and focused workout deeply connected to your body, not just slanging and banging weights around. Move and groove.

Dyel faggot

You're confusing drowsiness with relaxation.

Feeling drowsy at work is terrible.
>>
>>77354979
I don't like relaxation

the point is to keep your mind relaxed while still pushing your body physically
you actually get better athletic performance when you are mentally calm
