Ravenous hunger.
I'm so hungry, I've woke up hungry, I've been eating all day and I'm still hungry, nothing I eat is filling. I've been eating cheese, chicken, fruit, rice, bread, feta, apples, drinking a lot of water. I'm just hungry today.

Any explanation?

I'm eating enough carbs. Fruit, bread, beer, potatoes, rice. I'm eating a lot of everything, I don't shy away from food but at the same time I don't overeat like a retard.
Except today, I woke up extremely hungry it only happened once before, like 4 years ago, I ate an entire jar of peanut butter with like 2 killos of bananas in one go

If you’re not a fatass whose food reward center isn’t turbo fucked from years of food abuse and you’re an active person who exercises/plays sports/lifts regularly then just listen to your body.

I listen to my body and I eat when I’m hungry, don’t stop until I’m full, and then I don’t eat when I’m not hungry. Some days I am RAVENOUS, other days not so much. I think that if you’re active that it needs fuel to repair itself and build back stronger than before.

My vitality made me over 300lbs. It's probably some malfunctioning neanderthal gene telling you to bulk up for winter. Unless you're a pro lifter you gotta restrict calories it's that simple.
