I live and work in a shit climate and started taking new medication. I cannot conveniently consume enough water and electrolytes sometimes to keep up with dehydration. Woke up feeling sick. This has happened to me other summers in the past. I fucking hate this place. My lifting frequency has started to decline for the first time in 4 years because i feel bad all the time. Maybe i just have aids.
