I can do rows, dips, and other shit at home. It's really hot outside so I'll be able to do pull ups only late in the evening. Is it bad that I divide exercises like that or it's irrelevant?
>>77355018Doesn't matter. Doing everything all together at once is really only for saving time and for convenience if you have to go somewhere like a gym rather than just working out at home. Maybe it has some tiny benefit for cardio or endurance.
>>77355018I would also like to know this. I love splitting my stuff like that, doing exercises a little bit but often.
>>77355024>>77355045Read about it, if anything you'll have more energy to perform other exercises. Quite a few olympias gymcelled twice per day.
