Aside from the polyunsaturated fat thing, it's not really a stringent diet. This is why you can have people a wide range of people "peating" from the fatass Haidut recommending a gallon of whole milk a day, to admitted steroid users who eat like birds such as Danny Roddy.

But he even contradicts the collagen shit by promoting ridiculous amounts of milk which has nearly the same amino acid content as muscle meat. It's essentially the same, with the same thyroid disruptive sulfur amino acid content that he's trying to have you avoid from the muscle meat. Not to mention he definitely lied about his diet, claiming at one point that he drank a gallon of milk every day until later on when it became just a single serving of cheese.

His statements on sugar over starch make absolutely no sense. He claims sucrose is good because of the glucose+fructose molecule, but starch is glucose+glucose+glucose... Then every time he runs into a contradiction he just pulls "Endotoxin" and "Cancer" completely out of his ass.

He's a conspiracy theorist ex-hippy so all of his justifications for things involve Heideggerian vitalist pseudo-philosophy ("William Blake is a biologist") combined with "it wuz da cia" blanket excuse statements that leads to him believing literally everything. For an example, he thinks Stalin dindunuffin and describes himself as a socialist but also believes in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, when Stalin was pivotal in the creation of Israel. Both things are bullshit, but he immediately believes anything "alternative", so he finds no contradiction in holding those beliefs. Conspiracy contrarianism betrays a paranoid & narcissistic personality, and his leaving of academia proves this (he didn't like disagreement).

I noticed that sugarmaxxing works best for me when I have the possibility of being outside a lot and drink lots and lots of water. So pretty much during summer.
In winter, eating too much sugar actually makes me fat imagine that. I don't think there's such a thing as a diet that can be followed 100% all the time forever until you die. During winter, I find that eating animal fat works best both for preserving mass and also not make you feel like shit.
I can't imagine eating so many fruits and so much sugar during winter to be honest, the same way I can't imagine eating so many fat cuts and speck during summer.
