i want to do mix climbing and in my club you need to learn lead climbing before doing it first. thats the first end. second end is the fact that its the closest you can get to real danger on a mountain and you need to climb to get up ofc, which is why i really dislike indoor climbing rockclimbing at least makes me feel alive. the third end is fucking climber bitches, that pussy's grip must be rock hard if you catch my drift lol and fat bitches are automatically disqualifed

there are toehookers and heelhookers, u can as well heel without flexing ankle and that's what megos does

i said that that is the reason some cloombers got calves, pictured, colin duffy for ex.
course "good calves" for purposefully starving yourself to extreme and avoiding loading legs like a plague

upright paced walking builds great calves, that's what calves are meant to do - bend knee when ankle is loaded, soleus keeps tension on ankle and gastrocnemius predominantly bends the knee

and u get pain in the back of the knee when you try to calf raise cause femur pokes gastrocnemius when you'll try to use it with extended knee for ankle flexion alone and muscles don't grow when they can't hold tension when skeleton obstructs said muscle
so there is the myth that u can't grow calves with exercise - u can, u're just not doing the right thing
and another one that you need to be obscenely obese to grow calves - no, u just need purposeful paced upright walk, with pelvis in front of you, like some fatsoes do inadvertently walking with their belly in front of em, but they don't walk particularly fast, you on the other hand can substitute fat weight with pace
