I wake up at 7, goof around and drink pre workout until 8, gym 8-10, meal replacement shake when I get back (peanut butter, milk, oatmeal, chia seeds, protein powder, usually around 800 cals) then goof around until 2, then have like a cup of rice, 5 eggs and a can of sardines. I then work 4-9 then have some more rice and rotisserie chicken then sleep. This is my diet 90% of the time.
