what does your diet look like in a typical day? for me its

breakfast
5 eggs cooked with a tbsp of butter
500g full fat yoghurt
500ml kefir
100g kaşar cheese
100g clotted cream mixed with 3 tbsp of honey
1 apple 1 pear

lunch -post workout-
2 bananas
250ml OJ
125g rice cooked with 1 tbsp of butter

dinner
either 350g of fatty lamb/beef
or 350g of lamb heart
or 250g lamb liver
all cooked with 1 tbsp of lamb tallow and 1 tbsp of butter
12g of gelatin
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 banana

I wake up at 7, goof around and drink pre workout until 8, gym 8-10, meal replacement shake when I get back (peanut butter, milk, oatmeal, chia seeds, protein powder, usually around 800 cals) then goof around until 2, then have like a cup of rice, 5 eggs and a can of sardines. I then work 4-9 then have some more rice and rotisserie chicken then sleep. This is my diet 90% of the time.

Been staying pretty lean with this diet, maybe thinking about adding canned fish or something for some lean protein

Oats, yogurt and berries for breakfast, boiled eggs and fruit for lunch then ground pork and red lentil chili with some potatoes for dinner. It's cheap, kinda low protein and high carb but it's working for me at the moment.
