I just got a 96 resting heart rate in the morning when visiting the doctor and I thought it was high and thought 60 was normal but my doctor said it was within the normal range and it's fine. I feel like my doctor was lying should I be concerned as a 26 year old man? He didn't tell me my blood pressure and couldn't see it but a nurse tested me before taking a sample of my blood but didn't tell me how it was. My doctor said he would call me if there was anything wrong with my blood work but looks like everything is fine since I got no call.

Technically the cutoff is 100
You may have been anxious. Check what your hr is at wakeup with your smartwatch

My heart rate is always 90 at the doctor and they've never said anything. At home at rest it's in the 60s.
