So you're saying all that I would ever need to live by is just nuts (along with some meat/fish)?
Could you? yes. Is it optimal? Not really. It's extremely unlikely any of those bronze age builders were getting enough protein to get all the gains they could have. However, that's in our favor if you think about it. The typical diets of guys back then support the notion that sufficient protein intake formulas massively overestimate how much you need to improve.
>>77355831Keep in mind natty T levels were much higher then because there was far less poison in their environments.Well, far less hormone-effecting poison. Plenty of other kinds.

>>77355980High protein diets are a scam to sell you protein powder and troll. Mike Mentzer was winning body building competitions on 60g a day.Unless you're the particular kind of retard who has cereal for breakfast, a slice of pizza for lunch, and a plate of spaghetti for dinner, you're probably overnourished. A healthy portion of meat for dinner has the typical body builder, let alone person, sufficiently protein'ed, especially if they're reasonable during breakfast and lunch.

>>77356070>muh natty t levelsThe average test level today is much lower because the average person is much fatter. If you're a healthy weight griping about muh t levels is gigacope.
