What's your favorite /fit/ meal to make?Mine is a keto burger (the waffles/buns are made of cheese & eggs)

Couple scrambled eggs on toast with tomato slices bit of mayo some cracked black pepper maybe a little bit of colbyjack cheese if I have it handy. Or oil season airfry some chicken tender strips toss into a tortilla with romaine and other veg is hard to beat too. In terms of sheer lack of effort though ice cold skyr+non-shit granola on a hot day is tops other than just slonking a couple hard boiled eggs

That looks delicious but I doubt it tastes anything like a legitimate waffle

>>77357079My post workout meal is a fruit and berry smoothie with 2 scoops of proton powder and a tin of deenz. I don't know if it's optimal but I believe it is so I'm going to keep doing it.
>>77357079>rye bread>spinach>cottage cheese>tuna or deenz>tomato>cottage cheese>spinach>rye breadPress it on a George Foreman or a panini press. The cottage cheese melts. It’s a simple sandwich but it’s good. Feel free to chop up a boiled egg into slices and ass that too.
