Short legs and long arms, great for swimming, deadlifts and rowing, not so great for any pressing exercises or running.
Long arms and legs, great for climbing, running, many sports like basketball etc.
Short limbs are perfect for many pressing and squat style exercises, shit for agility based sports.
Short arms and long legs? Best learn to be a t-rex I guess.
