Those retards who cut first, who have never lifted anything heavier than a gallon of milk in there life, think they'll look like Brad Pitt from Fight Club if they just cut.
No you retard, you have zero muscle and you will either look like a ugly skeleton, be in a never ending loop of losing weight than gaining it back being a skinnyfat forever, or quite because its too hard.

You build muscle first, live with being chubby/fat for a bit, then you cut and actually look good.

But at the early stage it's about filling out the frame to a basic level, which means recomping

the real issue is most skinnyfats don't know how to clean bulk. they don't have to ever look fat. they could just get 100-150g of protein and lift most days a week and the problem will solve itself. instead they listen to chocolate milk raving retards and end up fat and not much stronger

Id say they don't need to be specifically focusing on bulking or cutting. They just need to eat clean, consistently go to the gym and actually progressive overload. Over the course of a year of doing this they'll find fat melts away, muscle goes on and body shape changes.

I see the same patterns of behaviour among skinnyfats
>Bad diets, lots of greasy microwave pizza and fries, Doritos with melted cheese over for lunch, fast food etc. They eat like fat people but just don't eat enough to get really big

Skinnyfats should cut AND lift. The noob gains will be more than enough to compensate for the cut, and it will build the proper discipline needed for when those run out and you need to actually cut and CLEAN bulk.
