>gym friends got me into this bullshit>was like pure adrenaline at first, but after a couple months just made me relaxed and not want to move>went through absolute hell to quit for 2 weeks, no sleep, anhendonia etc.>dont even feel human again until 1 month after quittingIts been nearly a year clean, and I still get horrible cravings and try to convince myself it wasn't that bad any time i feel remotely stressed. I'm never going to be free of this am I?
>>77359721Idk I only use it at work so I can't relate. I maybe go through one tin a week
>>77359721> take a stim> feel tiredAre you sure it was the nic?
>>77359769Sorry let me explain better, it makes my mind focused, and I feel like I can run a marathon. But it like relaxes my body/muscles, which makes doing things that require a steady hand easier like archery and skeet shooting(nice ranges near me), but intense physical activity becomes much harder.
>>77359721I smoked raw tobacco for a couple months then just quit and didn’t buy more. Just don’t buy any, it’s that easy
>>77359721life is incredibly simple if you are out with friends or whatever like once a week and enjoying life then having a cigar and drugs and shit is fine if not beneficial. doing any drugs or drinking alone is extremely gay, if you are spending everyday partying and doing drugs though this is also gay. Basically if you are alone you should be sober and you should only be under the influence if the situation calls for it its rather simple. if you i suppose accomplished an incredible feat, have a victory drink or what have you alone if thats your jam
>>77359721doesnt sound like nicotine withdrawsmore like Meth or Amphetamine withdraws
>>77359799>>77359806I have adhd, the kind where my baseline is just lower than normal so when I was on nic I was a fiend, i was going through a geek bar and a couple tins of 9mg zyn a week. Now its just caffine around 300mg a day. When I was a kid it was junk food and vidya to keep my brain happy.
>>77359779I've felt similar effects for physical activity, I think it might be related to blood flow but I'm not sure. If you're looking for more reasons to not go back to it, I've noticed that the mental effects are actually not all that positive, even though they feel positive. The perceived focus is not always a true focus, but more like an energy to just do anything that comes to mind, a bit like having too much coffee. imo it is much better to train yourself to focus without it, since then you won't have to constantly battle your increasing tolerance for the nic.Probably even more importantly, I think it screws up your internal reward system since you can create artificial peaks that dwarf your natural neurotransmitter releases related to events throughout the day. Your perception of how good something was is all relative, so if you blow out the scale then everything feels like shit except for that pouch.
>>77359806Quitting amphetamines hell even crack was way easier than nicotine. I've been drug free for 8 years and never think about hard drugs, but I still think it would be nice to have a cig at least a few times a week.t. Former junkie
>>77359721I quit cigs/occasional vape over 10 years ago, and still get cravings
>>77359721I bought 1 tin, the 3mg baby ones, like 3 yrs ago. I was good about never taking more than 1 a week. The tin lasted me like 6 months but it's been over 2 yrs since I had any and I still think about buying a new tin every week or so.. It's a mind virus, I wish I never tried it.
>>77359834>>77359821>>77359817You never learned how to deal with stress without abusing a substance to make it go away, even if that substance was the thing causing it in the first place. So everytime something stressful happens in your life you immedietely think of nicotine or XYZ even though you gave it up. I know it sounds gay but a good (non homo male) therapist can help you.
>>77359721I feel bad for mfers who cant get a script>non habit forming>withdrawals are extremely managable, namely you can actually sleep>doesnt constrict your blood vessels anywhere near as bad as caffine and nicotine>no crash and smooth release>makes caffine and nicotine look lile babyshit in terms of energy, focus, and mood boostAnd its like 50 bucks a month with insurance so its cheaper than nicotine and caffine by a mile. Just tell your doctor you cant focus at work and you constantly think about random shit all day and its driving you mad.
>>77359988i genuinely feel sorry, but also repulsed, by anyone who is so retarded they think taking amphetamine salts is non-habit forming. this shit is for retarded high schoolers and college students with zero discipline who can't think about risk vs reward further than the next 24 hours of their life.
>>77359721You're a faggot
>>77360020I used the word habit forming instead of addictive on purpose. No one fiends for vyvanse like they do nicotine, caffine, or adderal.
>>77359817Nicotine is non addictive, you're just a weak willed pussy
>>77359721I got a free tin of Velo and threw up from the nicotine rush after 5 mins, kek
>>77360056Nicotine never feels good tge first time, takes a day or 2 for your body to not freak out and then it just makes you feel like you scratched an itch you had forever, while providing you with a huge energy and focus boost that lasts about 30 minutes to an hour followed by a crash/withdrawal which makes the next hit feel great as it provides those benefits on top of removing the withdrawal symptoms. This is why drugs with short half life are horrificly addictive, cocaine, crack etc. And now idiots are getting hooked on 70h from gas stations because unlike kratom its derived from has significantly lower halflife combined with much higher opoid potency.
>>77360039Nicotine is one of the only drugs you'll hear people who quit admit they still think about it on a regular basis even years later, and the withdrawals are every bit as bad as hardcore opoids and worse than cocaine etc. Once you are addicted and quit you can not feel pleasure for nearly 2 weeks, are in state of constant agitation and sleep deprivation from cortisol being through the roof. 90% of people cant deal with that for 2 weeks without being medicated, remission for quitters that make it a month is also around 75-80%, so even after the worst of the withdrawals are long gone they still convince themselves to go back. Its legal status also makes it incredibly easy to convince yourself it wasnt so bad unlike drugs that are difficult to get.
>>77361573You just mentioned smoking and vaping withdrawal from people who have an oral fixation. Thats why when they try zyns they go back to smoking once more, it was never the nicotine. The only people who repeat “Nicotine is addictive” are retards who keep bringing up studies where the primary test subject are smokers, not people who take nicotine salts.
You dumbass niggers are gonna get yourself hooked on heroin cause your buddy tells you Suboxone is good for rest days and gives you a few strips
>>77360020Adderal is not addictive. I have a full bottle on my backpack that I havnt touched in weeks, literally only on days where I go sleep late and try to avoid crashing in the afternoon.
I fucking love nicotineI quit for 8 months but voluntarily started again because I missed itnow I just use 1-3 swedish snus pouches a dayonly do them after work and when I'm relaxing for the day like a beer
Ive never smoked or vaped once. I do these at work though. 9mg ultra zyn and alps. Can go through 20 in two days. But the funny thing is I never once crave them. On the weekends I won’t even remember to do one. To be honest I don’t even feel different when I do them, I just like them on a level that isn’t based on any mental or mood changes. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
>>77363060Congrats you're addicted. Try going a month without them
>>77361666Good on you for maintaining control but to say literal amphetamine salt is not addictive is a fully retarded take
>>77359988If I'm gay should I get a homo therapist?
>>77361573No, it's the other shit that's addictive not the nicotine. People who smoke cigars and pipes can quit cold turkey with no cravings.
for me, it's velo. I find their pouches preferable to zyn, or oni.Definitely don't just leave it in for 5 minutes if you're not used to using them. But there are some benefits. Not sure they outweigh the cardio negitives though. As tucker carlson alluded to, there are true male enhancement benefits to it. Also it seems to me like a coffee/energy drink adjacent boost.
>>77363060Have you observed increased blood flow to your penii
>>77365732Only when your mom's around.
