Any good exercises for properly fixing pain/weakness in these areas? My doc gave me some wrist stretches because he thinks that is the underlying issue, but those consistently make things worse. I don't have the usual CTS symptoms anymore but the fatigue in these areas hasn't subsided over the last 8 months. Been mostly trying push ups and resistance band exercises, with splinting when I go to bed.
I would also like to know how to fix carpal tunnel

>>77359850>>77359862Look up nerve flossing. Helps your body unfuck itself and reduce carpal tunnel in the long run. One of the "exercises" I did was taking my bad hand, making a fist, extending my pinky, then touching my temple and extending that hand away from me.Vid related also helped a fuck tonhttps://youtu.be/af3SC5rdyWk?si=mQdkUC35D9qJnm9m

>>77360556How is that different from one of those grip strengthening devices?
>>77361725With rice there are different motions you can do in the rice bucket to exercise the different muscles so the rice bucket is actually better
>>77362082seems like a waste of rice
>>77362082i feel like i would just constantly be hungry if i had a bucket of rice in the gym. like my hands would be in the rice and i would constantly think about whether i should pair this with a teriyaki chicken or a stir fry black pepper beef you know?
>>77359850Have had it for 15 years. The best ways to not have symptoms in my experience are:>Sleep with your arms down>Avoid beating your grip up constantly>Get on all fours and stretch your forearm palms up then palms down with your hands as wide open as possible. You will be surprised how much your palms eventually flatten out>Go back and forth a few times and don’t push it too hard. It’s a slow, gentle stretch that takes at least a few days to really kick in>While on your feet put your arm up on a dresser, door frame, or something else, stretch your pec, then sag down. You will feel it stretching down your humerus
>>77363286>>77362082You don't have to use rice, you could use sand or maybe even a bag of gravel that you can buy at home depot. Unless that makes you hungry too, in which case I cannot help you.
>>77364390>gravelmy brain is convinced the multicolored aquarium gravel is fruity pebbles, though objectively i know they more resemble nerds or rock candy
>>77363557These seem promising. Either that or I totally jacked things up even more. Guess I'll know for sure tomorrow.
