I have a problem with my cerebellum and I won't be able to see a specialist until December.

It's becoming harder to maintain my balance when walking. What can I do for the next 5 months that can help my cerebellum and improve my gait? I really don't want to buy a cane or walker at my age.

a special diet? head maneuvers? I am desperate

fasting
brain is mostly cholesterol
doing 3 day no eating can increase LDL in blood and start autophagy
LDL will start the healing of anything broken or damaged and autophagy will kill off bad cells in the body

once a month do 3 day fasts

is this good for brain inflammation

You can survive just fine without a cerebellum, and if you're stuck waitng months you might as well get started on the neuroplasticity stuff. Start balancing on one leg with your eyes open. When you get to 10s easily then start closing your eyes. When yhat gets easy start doing yoga stuff to perterb your balance or go to a wobble board. You need balance to function, start retraining it asap

>wobble board
just bought one, I lasted 2 seconds and got very dizzy after so it freaked me out from trying it again. I do have to practice more.

Eat walnuts. They look like brains so they must be good for your brain. Also eat brains.

I want to second this anon's take. Really all you have are three things: autophagy, neuroplasticity/compensation, and reducing inflammation. Autophagy is a fucking bitch because you have to go zero-means-zero calories, and you need at least five days of it. Your body basically begins eating your body's garbage that's sitting around. It may not fix everything but it'll fix something.

Second, whatever is going on may not be reversible. I'd start doing maximum effort body-in-space work wherever you can find it. Things like obstacle courses, parkour, dancing, fencing, yoga, judo, soccer, skateboarding, rollerskating, etc. When you do this hard for a month or two you dream of the activity, and that's the building of "new" circuits in your brain. The nice part about this stuff is that it's consciously learned. Later down the road if you need to start consciously relearning basic shit, this stuff now gives you a head start.

Third, I'd look very hard at diet and maybe journaling your diet to see if there is correlation between foods and inflammation/symptoms, or the other way around and foods and good feeling/lack of symptoms. Maybe even do a few short term anti inflammation treatments of various sorts and see if they move the needle. Realistically, I think that's what you've got to work with right now.

How do you say it's your cerebellum and not, let's say, your labyrinth? Do you already have a diagnosis?

>doing 3 day no eating can increase LDL in blood and start autophagy
Can I do this if I'm below 10% body fat?
>>
>>77365756
yes and most of the LDL and fat will come from the liver

and you're not below 10%
