Cook chicken breast. Dice it up. Get a bell pepper, a big tomato, a big onion, couple big celerys, garlic, a cucumber. Dice all that up. Cook it all. Mix with diced chicken breast. You now have a giant, heavy plate of steaming food thats difficult to finish. Basically zero added calories. Never ending nutrients
Could have made a meat and veggie stir fry that would be much tastier, healthier, more filling, 78% less depressing and with basically infinite ingredient and flavour variety.

For a lifter or endurance athlete, high carb will beat high fat any day of the week since carbs fuel your muscles, and protein builds/maintains them. Fat only needs to be high enough to enable hormone production, which doesn't need much at all.
I highly recommend beans, I don't see them recommended nearly enough. They're filling and easy to cook, just soak them overnight and then cook them for like 30 min (in bulk, obviously). Also, hard boiled eggs are a great source of healthy fat (walnuts and almonds can get pricey after a while, I eat a mix of all three each day).non-fat plain greek yogurt is also your friend because it is tasty and healthy. I mix the nuts, flax seeds, chia seeds, and also some protein powder too into my yogurt

Also I get my greek yogurt from walmart because it is cheap as hell there, and Great Value (walmart's house brand) doesn't have whole fat greet yogurt. Honestly if I could find competitively priced whole fat I might do it over nuts. Any recommendations?
