Are inversion tables worth it? Or gay meme shit?
My work has a reimbursement program for fitness equipment and my lower back hurts a little bit

I use mine for my hips, it does do what one of the exercises a PT charged me $1200 a visit to do. You can also work on the rotator cuffs at the same time by doing some face pulls or Y press' while inverted.
>>

They take up a lot of room so they aren't very convenient but they do help with back pain. I stopped using mine after losing 60 lbs which was my real issue.

low back pain
>back extensions every time you go to the gym 30 bw reps at 45 angle
>rdl
boom back problems solved
>>
>>77363424
People definitely should hang upside down once in a while, for the same reasons you should deadhang.

>reimbursement program for fitness equipment
Spend it on a stationary bike or a rowing erg and do some cardio.
>>
>>77363424
just learn how to stretch nigga holy shit. the goyim are insane.
>>
They're good for decompressing your lower back only. It doesn't replace stretching.
Dead hangs will do your upper back.
>>
>>77363424
just remember if you get trapped on one of these things you will fucking die
>>
>>77363424
I don’t know what they “help”, but mine makes me feel better and I like using it.
>>
>>77363424
I use mine for a minute or two after lifting, feels especially good after deadlifts when you can get a pop out of your back
>>
>>77363424
I had one, ended up getting rid of it within 4 months.
>>
Been looking at the new Teeter one where you hang from your quads instead. It was $100 during Prime days and I should have bought it

i was also hesitating between an inversion table and a back extension bench
does anyone know how they compare?
the back extension feels safer to use, adding weight should give the same results for the back?
>>
>>77364614
interesting I went on the Teeter website and there are no tables with quad grips
at least none I saw...
>>
inversion boots are more convenient
>>
>>77364827
Inversion tables are a meme, back extensions are great.

Meant $100 off but it's actually cheaper than that on the regular site so fuck Amazon. Also doubles as a back extension plus some other stuff. I think I'm going to throw out my nightstand and get this because my back is fucked
>>
>>77363424
Those are stupid, and I speak from experience. It felt like nothing, it does nothing. You want back extensions like >>77364827, those are based. You can also (and should) use them as an exercise in your routine. Pick up a loaded barbell off the floor and hold it at arms' length with a wide grip, and bring it up to touch your waist each rep.
>>
I got one for free off a job site, rich old person bought tons of fitness equipment and never used the shit, and it did far less for me than I expected.

>lower back hurts
get it blown out? Tyrone too rough?

Jews will never have a decompressed spine, explains alot desu

If you get trapped on anything you die
>>
>>77364827
Get one of these off amazon (this is mine and its an amazon special works fine) keeps my low back pain at bay.
>>
>>77366313
This. Decompression is a part of lower back pain relief, but it's the lesser part, and much more necessary is strengthening your back with a back extension bench. Moreover, you can achieve decompression by doing dead hangs, back hangs on the extension bench, and ring or paralette holds.

t. fucked up my back from sitting so bad i could barely stand and rehabbed it in two weeks with an extension bench and lowbackability on YouTube
>>
>>77366246
if you get trapped on Tyrone's bbc you die with a smile. you fucking poof.
>>
>>77363424
These things work a lot better. No need to hang upside down and they can really stretch the lower back.
>>
>>77366806
Typical brit, BBC conquered you
