Bros I have tried and tried but cannot cut out the late night cravings for sweets and candy. I can lift and do cardio burning 750 calories and eat clean protein and veggies all day. Then at night, I lose control every time.

Blast me all you want, I know self control is pathetic and I need to work on it. But does anyone have any productive techniques or mental frameworks for getting around this?

Have you attempted simply not buying them?
Why do you even have sweets at home on a frequent basis, are you 12?
>>

Based gumiposter and I agree, OP should not buy sweets in the first place. It’s harder to say no when it’s already in your house.

Have you tried eating fruits?
>>
Try a plate of ripe strawberries, an apple, an orange, and a plum with a little glass of watermelon juice. Keep everything in the fridge so its cold. Theres nothing better on a hot summer night

I drink my protein shake with a banana in the evening. It's chocolate flavor and pretty delicious, so it soothes my craving for sweets before bed.

I went from binging on ice cream to binging on mango sorbet (fewer calories). Then I switched from sorbet to frozen mangos.

You know what he meant. Can you answer the question?
>>
>>77363811
So no, you've just been recreating the experience of junk food

And said repeatedly, there's no reason to even have this sort of goyslop at home. People who try to lose weight and surround themselves with goyslop aren't serious, they are manchildren (or just women). You're supposed to hunt and eat your prey, so the bare minimum is eat fresh meat daily to fill yourself. You don't need to count calories if you do that your weight will take care of itself. Calorie counting is for goyslop addicts.

Can you say goyslop a few more times? Didn't quite register what you were trying to convey.

>Arizona green tea fruit snacks
>>
>>77363758
this is the answer but people never actually engage with it. i dont know why. my gf is the same way, she complains about feeling fat but throws a massive fucking fit if there's no ice cream around in the evening.
>>
>>77365427
People never engage with it because a lot of the people here don't even lift and just live with their parents.
