Today I dared to lift heavier. Seated OHP with dbs.Instead of picking the usual 55 lbs dumbbells, I went with 60 lbs and managed to do 5 strict reps. I felt pretty good. First it was 2pl8 flat bench x7 reps, now this. I feel like I have made it. I'm at 165 lbs bodyweight
