tldr: started going to the local pool, need exercises to restart building strenght

Was fit up to last year, health got worse (MS) and I stopped doing any activity, gaining 20+ kg and losing all gains. Walking feel terrible, running is impossible, legs feel haavy as stone and fatigue is a bitch.
To start moving again, I started going to the local pool since gym is out the way until I regain some strenght, and it was insanely helpful. Legs don't feel tired, and I can actually do swim around and feel the muscles working again.
But just randomly swimming is not enough: do you have any exercise I could do to start building strenght again?

I've read from other anons that cold helped them with their MS. Could be a reason why the pool feels good to you. Forget about ego lifting like strength and do only exercises that help you keep ms down

Aajonus Vonderplanitz already solved multiple sclerosis decades ago. It's a disease that can be permanently healed with just a few simple dietary changes and patience.

There are no studies on people who've overcome MS because doctors are not legally allowed to declare it cured, ever. Even if all symptoms disappear forever.
