I always see "I bench 3pl8 bro why I no have milkers", and I used to say the same thing and then cope that bench is a bad chest exercise. you don't realise how much bigger your muscles look when lean if you've always been fat. I went from 280lbs down to 200lbs, got WEAKER (bench dropped from 325lbs down to 275lbs) but looked way bigger after. Stop been fat because you can't see your muscles when you're fat. but I think most claiming to bench 3pl8 here are just lying anyway desu
