Reminder that sweating has nothing to do with losing weight. You can sit outside and start sweating if it's really hot without moving a muscle. It's just the process of your body keeping your body temperature at what it's supposed to be. Boxers may wear a hoodie to lose water weight not bodyfat and to get warmed up faster. We would be sweating all the time then when cutting. I'm sick of hearing these idiots saying "you're not sweating enough" as if that determines the amount of bodyfat and muscle mas you burn. If anything sweating too much can be dangerous. It can cause overheating or too much lose in electrolytes.
