I used to have insane sugar cravings, to the point where I suffered neurological symptoms if I didn’t eat carbs.As of one week ago, just the mere thought of rice felt bloating, I just couldn’t eat carbs despite being hungry. Because I needed to eat something, I made a bunch of broccoli instead and they felt like medicine to me.Since that day, I only had sugar cravings one time and at that I ate 3 chocolate bars. 6 days, I can’t stand the thought of carbs.
