is it possible to drink and stay fit? I want to drink more especially since its summer and wintergrind is over.
I had this one figured out in my 20's but spirits are the lowest form of calories. But the catch is that you absolutely should not start chugging it. It gives the most pleasant feeling when drunk, it doesn't make you go to the bathroom every 10 mins to drink lije with beer.But the catch... yeah. Easily said than done to contain yourself. I used to do a few shots and felt tipsy and loosened up the rest of the evening. Hard to do in a setting that's competitive drinking. For some reason drinkers only conversate of you're holding a drink too, and since well, you're just standing there, might as well sip here and there.
