I was weak all my life. So much so that doing yard work, moving stuff around the house, etc. was difficult. I've always done some form of endurance exercise but I'd get injured frequently if I tried to push it.

Now I lift because I enjoy looking good, and I get much more attention from females than I ever did back then when I luckily bagged that 10.

Before my brother died I was incredibly weak an scrawny from a birth defect that heavily affected my ability to move, breath, and do any form of heavy lifting. During the 2020 lock downs I had chest surgery to correct the problem, but still looked like holocaust victim. I sent my brother a message asking what he thought I should do about it and he told me to get a gym buddy and "Become monsters."5 years later, I look like a monster and still can't talk to or make eye contact with women my age.Baby steps I guess.
