I physically cannot do dips. I can only bench 20.5kg dumbbells for 8 reps at best (estimated 1RM 50.6kg) AND I'M ALREADY PLATEAUING.My test levels are normal at 550. I think I'm just complete genetic trash and I'm so tired of spinning my wheels. I have a friend who hates lifting and has never lifted in his life and he has bigger biceps than me and I fucking spam curls every workout. How can I find the motivation to keep going, I'm going insane.
