How to get abs? I am not interseted in other muscles, just the abs, here is my training schedule

1-dragon flag 3×6
2-leg raises laying on the floor x100
3-single leg bridges to balance the ab work
4-do that every other day

What do you think?

Do exercise that targets your abs, and fast until you have no body fat on your belly.

Stuff like excessive carbs, alcohol, dairy, poor sleep and so on will severely hinder your progress.
