Probably because I started drinking coffee early in life.Caffeine is literally a toxin that constricts your blood vessels and reduces blood flow to all your organs, especially the brain.It's crazy that people buy into all these bullshit studies claiming that it's healthy to justify their addiction.Every time anyone brings up how unhealthy this shit is there are plenty of addicts seething about it in the thread.
Caffeine literally doesn't even do anything it's just a placebo. I've drank coffee and energy drinks before and I felt no different.
