Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.

Need some advice bros. I've been doing lifting about 3 times a week and also trying to pull back my calorie intake as much as possible, but the hunger is pissing me off. I hate shakes and protein powder I dont use them. But if its hunger I recommend potatoes. I cut up like 3-4 pounds of butter potatoes, salt pepper paprika them, use 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix them up, put on a baking sheet and cook for like 45 min at 400 F. Eat like 1/4 of that for the next 4 days. Potatoes are amazing for satiety. Lots of nutrients and low calorie.

Potatoes are great. I like to do a whole bunch at once. I cut them in half lengthwise and then cut the halves in half. Potato wedges! It's easy and quick and they cook faster that way. Then I bake a whole tray of them at once and use them as a side dish through the week. The secret to keeping the calorie count down is to not drown them in butter, sour cream, or cheese- and no ketchup. A little oil and salt is all they really need. It's kind of boring but they really are very filling. Air fryer would be ideal for this.

can someone explain to me HOW i lost only one literal pound after a week of eating 4,5k calories and fasting for 5 days at 225lbs? i tracked everything and not lying.
the only possible explanation is that i'm holding onto water since i ate pretty carb heavy meals last week on Saturday but then i fasted Sunday to Wednesday, ate 1,3k calories (no carbs or sugar in anything besides 1 apple and a can of fish in tomato sauce) on Wednesday and fasted until today morning so i have no idea what water i could still be holding on. i've been doing this for a few weeks too so no previous water weight and lost at least 3lbs every week before this one.
i just want to get to 218lbs asap and then focus getting under 200 during the summer but this is so discouraging i would expect at least 2.5-3lbs lost in a week busting my ass off like this at this weight. there's no way it slows down drastically like this here right?

Are you going to fast the rest of your life? When you've hit your goal what are you plans to keep it off? You going to fast on and off for a few months every couple of years? I didn't exercise Thursday, but, I think I made up for it yesterday. My family asked me to help move things out of a three-story house and cheese and rice, I got bamboozled for it. I woke up at 7:00 a.m., went to the new place(another three-story house) at 8 am, and arrived by 8:45 am. There was 5 of us when we met up to say high and start moving some stuff out of the Uhaul van that was already there. After that, we went to the old house, loaded up the van with mattresses, box springs, vanities, desks, bags of clothes, hutch, dressers, tvs, just a whole bunch of stuff. Fucking three dressers weighed at least 125 pounds, if not more, and they were on the second floor. Bunch of bullshit. Not only did we load up the van, we also loaded up the two extra cars that were there. Once we loaded that up, ending around noon, we went to the new place and ate. I didn't eat, since I'm fasting, but my family did. Once that was done, we kept going to unload everything, fucking dressers. We had to put them up on the second floor of the new place, but we couldn't even carry them up the stairs, we had to roll those assholes up like Sisyphus. Around 3-4 pm, you would think we were done, NOPE, we had to go back to the old place, with the van and cars mind you, take all these totes from the basement out, pack them in the uhaul, and go back to put them in the new basement. Not only that, we also loaded up the cars again. We also took some grills, a work bench that was in the garage, and some chairs. We finished around 7 pm and there was still a bunch of little things left in the old place. Thankfully, they said they could grab them later. I didn't get home until 8 pm. So about 12 hours of my day was spent helping to move, about 9 of which I was actually moving and grooving, accounting for breaks and the drives. I wore a shirt, black jacket, black jeans with belt, black work shoes, socks, and gloves.

All I do is track my workouts, my macros 200p 210-220 c and 50f), adjust my routine as needed and supplements as well. At no point have I checked my weight as the progress will happen anyway due to doing things correctly

It was just biking irregularly and eating one meal a day. I cut out sodas, I stopped eating chips. Once I got to 200 I let myself be more freeform. I knew the weight loss would stop but as long as my weight wasn't going up I was fine. Am I being retarded for keeping a 1.3k average daily deficit if I'm eating close to 2k and enough protein?
I keep reading that slowing will prevent muscle loss but I'm losing 2 to 2.5kg a week (2.2 to 2.8% of bodyweight), and according to my smartwach and smart scale right now around 30% of the weight I'm losing is muscle mass.

i made good progress this time. I've finally made the mindset shift required. and I've made a small setback but I think that even with this event I'll be able to lose weight and possibly course correct back to what i want.
some fasting actually happened this time for real, not cope intermitent fasting, an entire day of no signifigant calories (diet soda but whatever it basically rounds down to zero). it wasn't that much fasting but it was there.

Deficits are really about how you feel, if you feel terrible raise your calorie intake a bit. IMO caring about losing too fast or whatever is not really a major concern as long as you're feeling okay.

Your TDEE is like 2300 or something, rough approximation since I don't see your height. I dunno how to read your random ass graphs exactly so I hope you are not assuming you have a 4k TDEE.

Don't factor in exercise calorie burn into your day to day budgeting, assume your burn is 0, you'll never get it right and every tool overestimates in a way that will just fuck you over.

I don't think this is true. For some people they may have physical labor jobs or more time for cardio some days where they are burning more calories. I found that if I ignore those calories then I end up further down the line feeling crappy and my hunger goes through the roof. I personally have found that accounting for the burned calories helps me feel better and stick to the diet better. Just need to make sure to watch the scale and learn how off your fitness tracker is. I learned that mine actually underestimated how much I was burning

if you start lifting and get strong and healthy in that way it will likely reassure her that you're doing something for your health rather than the inverse of the disordered eating you were indulging in before (extreme over eat to extreme under eat). Especially so if you can show this to her with evidence with some physical chores to help her out you couldn't do before. It will make her proud and switch from worrying to that.
