The ultra-high reps are intended to build power endurance but since the power element was taken from it, it does nothing different from those women that practice riding a bouncy ball. This would essentially train him to be better at sucking a fat guy's dick in the 69 position. Feel free to do them though, maybe some jumping jacks too because a tough guy in a prison (in a movie) did them. The reason a boxing coach is having him do it is to 1.
