Anybody use these or sandbags? How are they? And how do u feel compared to traditional weightlifting vs this for real life and sports?
Sounds like a gimmick.
>>77376639looks søi sorry never tried them don't have anything else to contribute
>>77376648It's a gimmick with the advantage of easy/cheap shipping.
>>77376639I use two types of sandbag. Strongman sandbags (Ironmind) for lap and load squats and carries. They are good. I also have Bulgarian bags for conditioning and rotational work. They're good but you can get the same effect with a mace or sledgehammer. I also have a hydrocore, which is like an aqua Bulgarian bag. Its only benefit is that it travels easily
>>77376639They're more for strongman type training. Can be fun if you want to lift outdoors instead of being indoor all the time. But I wouldn't use it as my main training method.
>>77376639Paying a premium for the equivalent of lifting a jug of water from walmart. You deserve to get scammed if you're so retarded that you buy these.
>>77376639>MORE clearholy shit I'm sold
>>77376881I don't live in a country where they sell 20l jugs of water
Probably works probably works well for that specific type of strength training. I reckon the novelty would wear off quick though and you would have to be pretty autistic to go lift your heavy bag of water up and down for training
>>77376678Sounds profitable >>77376639They are THE BEST way to get shredded Here's my affiliate link:
