Anybody use these or sandbags? How are they? And how do u feel compared to traditional weightlifting vs this for real life and sports?

Sounds like a gimmick.

It's a gimmick with the advantage of easy/cheap shipping.

I use two types of sandbag. Strongman sandbags (Ironmind) for lap and load squats and carries. They are good. I also have Bulgarian bags for conditioning and rotational work. They're good but you can get the same effect with a mace or sledgehammer. I also have a hydrocore, which is like an aqua Bulgarian bag. Its only benefit is that it travels easily

They're more for strongman type training.
Can be fun if you want to lift outdoors instead of being indoor all the time.
But I wouldn't use it as my main training method.

Paying a premium for the equivalent of lifting a jug of water from walmart. You deserve to get scammed if you're so retarded that you buy these.

I don't live in a country where they sell 20l jugs of water
>>
Probably works probably works well for that specific type of strength training. I reckon the novelty would wear off quick though and you would have to be pretty autistic to go lift your heavy bag of water up and down for training

Sounds profitable

They are THE BEST way to get shredded
