I just love fruit boys.
if I was offered some mutation that let me get jacked like a gorilla from only eating fruit I'd so take it.
I eat meat purely out of necessity.
I enjoy eggs, I enjoy dairy, but I'll just eat my protein goal of it.
fruit, however, I'll munch on all day.
I haven't even eaten 2000kcal today and I'm fucking stuffed.

current faves are bananas and red grapes but I love all of it
>>

Kiwi, with the skin.
>>
>>77386645
Guava
>>77386651
Ah, I see I'm not the only sweet plant testicle enjoyer. Do you shave your balls first? You can scrape it off under water with a butter knife.
>>
>>77386651
really? I've never eaten it with the skin on, is that a thing?
>>
>>77386660
based guava enjoyer. can hardly get it where I live in bongland I'd probably have to get it somewhere specialist.
I can only get the dried stuff and thats mostly added sugar
>>
>>77386664
The plentiful fruit is one of the very, very few pros to where I live(commiefornia) but I still thank my lucky stars I don't live where you do. You have my sympathies. I mean, in many ways commiefornia and bongland are similar, but at least here, when necessary, I can still shoot niggers.
>>
>>77386672
you're doing well still having guns in commiefornia. I need a licence for the big stick my dog would find in the woods here, pure faggotry.
and at least nigresses are dtf and extremely fuckable.
it's just inbred pakis here who are married off to their first cousins as soon as they hit 18 here.

I've got a can of monster zero guava I'm saving til sunday kek that'll do
>>
>>77386660
>>77386651
fyi, there is a type of kiwi that is "hairless", it's also sweeter and less "citric" if that's your thing, I'm sure there are others types I don't know too
>>
>>77386661
It provides more fiber and acts as a sort of sandpaper cleaning agent for the intestines.
>>
>>77386694
might have to try, was gonna get kiwis today but I decided against it cos I wanted fruit that requires almost no prep. bananas you just peel open, ezpz.
I need to get myself a pineapple as well, I got into the habit of buying tinned in juice but I'm fully fresh fruitpilled now so I want to buy a fresh one.
I love getting a watermelon too and cutting it in half for two big scoop and eat seshes
>>
Tart cherry & blackberry
>>
>>77386713
I enjoy a cherry. berries though, too many seeds. I'm too autistic to just eat them, the texture of basically chewy juice and thousands of tiny gritty seeds, can't deal with it
>>
>>77386709
I eat the whole thing except for the hard end where the stem connected. I'm the same with apples. I eat the core, seeds, everything except the stem.
>>
>>77386731
isn't their some bullshit about cyanide in fruit seeds? I always took it as some boomer nonsense and I never eat the cores but now you mention it I don't know if it's a real thing
>>
>>77386645
watermelon
>>
>>77386739
The amount of cyanide generated by chewing an apple seed is insignificant. Like the kiwi skin, I eat the apple core for extra fiber.
>>
>>77386769
I felt retarded asking but the conversation has been uncommonly wholesome so far so felt like I don't mind if my fruitbros want a sensible chuckle at my expense.
I'm gonna try rawdog a kiwi next time, just sink my teeth right into one straight out of the crate.

modern fruit is basically candy grown by plants. so much of the natural fiber has been bred or engineered out of it.
>>
>>77387153
thank you kind stranger none of us knew this! take my updoot and gold, no more fruit for me! what flavour onions or huel do you recommend instead?

I'm just like you, OP. I'd love to become a fruitarian just for the joy of it, if it wasn't a retarded idea.
I'm increasingly worried about my fruit consumption, though. I thought I was done with sugar since late adolescence, not in a ketolard way, just that I didn't really care about sweet stuff, and wanted to avoid processed food, until I began to eat more fruits. Now I get around 40% of my daily calories from fruits (mostly granny smith apples, dried figs, dates, kiwis, oranges, melon, bananas) which isn't bad in itself, but I think that I'm starting to redevelop a sweet tooth because of it. For instance, I've got back to eating cookies and biscuits dipped in milk, my favourite snack as a child, and some other desserts, too, which I hadn't touched for ages.
I'm not that worried about insulin resistance because of the exorbitant amounts of fiber that I get from my diet and my low bf%, but I hope that I won't end up fully going back to my old habits. My diet has never been better than it is today and it would be a shame to reintroduce processed shit.
I wonder, did any of you guys have a similar experience?
>>77386661
I think they taste better with it, it gives a contrast to the texture. It doesn't really taste hairy, as I first thought it would, just "tougher". What I do is I wash them until they drop the longest hairs and then cut them in 1-2cm wide slices. The skin has polyphenols, fiber and lots of nutrients, so it's a good idea to eat it for health reasons, too.
>>
mango. delicious but messy! someone left mango skin outside safeway once and it looked like a crime scene. cant imagine the state of that guys hands after devouring a mango in public. mango is an indoor fruit. i wouldnt walk around with a mango but i would with a banana or apple. banana especially because of the skin. just gotta find a trash can because if you dump it on the ground someone could slip lol. or could they?
>>
>>77387718
I was always sweet-toothed too, fucking love jelly sweets, cookies etc.
with fruit, something I've come to find is that
>fruit is genuinely satiating
with sweets I'd just eat and eat til I finished the bag or felt sick.
2 large portions of fruit and I'm satisfied.
also, my tastebuds respond far better to stuff.
I've always loved marzipan, for example, and could always eat a block of that shit.
yesterday I was eating some almonds and they tasted exactly like marzipan, not just the flavouring used IN marzipan.

I try eating sweets now and I just feel like I'm eating some fake rubbery shit that isn't going to nourish me in any way and is just gonna make me fat again.
I've genuinely thrown away a bag of sweets after a maybe half a dozen bites because I wanted a carrot and some grapes instead.

>>77387729
mango is SO good, but yeah a lot of effort to eat. how big a nuisance is fresh pineapple like to cut up and eat?

i only buy in season fruits. this summer its been peaches, strawberries, raspberries for me.
nothing like a nice ziplock of cold sliced peaches fresh out of the fridge
>>
>>77386661
I saw a colleague do it a while ago, first time I've ever seen anyone do it. I was flabbergasted. There was this cute girl, eating a kiwi, with the skin on, like some fucking psychotic, deviant maniac.

I know a man who eats banana with the fucking skin
>>
I've been eating at least 2 bananas a day on average for years
>>
>>77387857
>season fruits
What the hell does that mean? Aren't all fruits seasonal for a region they are from?
>>
>>77388495
it usually means locally sourced, not fruit that's grown in thailand or some shit then flown thousands of kilometres to europe etc. if we only eat fruit from within our own countries or states then we have to eat whatever's in season.

>>77388345
I can't decide if that's unfathomably based or psycho behavior
>>
>>77386645
For me, it’s gotta be the cosmic crisp apple. But, I have to maintain proper electrolyte balance due to an inner ear issue, so bananas & peanut butter powder with coconut oil for the potassium
>>
>>77388623
Cosmic crisp best apple
Carrots so low calorie its amazing
Bananas are 1 a day every day
Grapes to change things up
Orange is part of pre workout stack
Half an Avocado with every meal
>>
>>77386645
Berries are so fucking good for you, and if you get them frozen they really aren't that expensive.
I have 100g of berries in my breakfast every single morning.

Correct answer is to have a mixed fruit salad plus yogurt.

I love cosmic crisp but I think my forever apple is Honeycrisp.
It has just a perfect balance of sweet/tart and has the best crunch and juice feel.

thanks for the wholesome fruit thread bros

sounds like I need to try cosmic crisp. I'd never actually heard of it, I hope I can get it in bongland now. My current favourite is the pink lady.
I used to love green apples as a kid but I much prefer red ones as an unc

Don't fucking lie like a nigger. Banana peels dry your mouth and are bitter af. I tried one.
>>
>>77389455
It’s a brand new cultivar from The University of Washington iirc, and we had a one year gap from the last harvest due to a weevil infestation. It may take some time to get across the pond. But if you do have it, it’ll be at Aldi. I think it’s called Lidel over there
>>
>>77389455
Dude its amazing you will convert
>>
Watermelon, especially when cutting since you can stuff yourself full and eat like 150kcals
>>
>>77389517
nothing quite like sitting with a spoon and half a watermelon
