Why is this somehow the single most complicated bodybuilding issue. Being lean and yet still having that protruding lower gut. It's obviously a combination of some kind of muscular weakness and the position of your disgusting stomach, intestines, etc. Yet every YT hack has a different "solution" beyond the normal bullshit trying to create a novel theory for views.
>just stretch your hip flexors and low back and strengthen abs and glutes bro
>no it's all your transverse abdominus just do vacuums bro
>no it's pelvic floor weakness just ram a dildo up your ass to relax it bro
>no it's all gut flora just buy my supplement to rebalance your gut bro

Also should I take advice from a guy who looks like someone asked ChatGPT to create an IRL Redditor?
>>
>it's all about this singular reason
That's YouTube clickbait. You can regard this as lower cross syndrome that involves all these reasons. Basic lifting, stretching the front, strengthening the back and training transverse abdominis will correct this in a degree.

I can at least understand why some Youtube physios look like this. You'd think he'd want to look at least average fitness for credibility, but bizarrely 90% of them have this same skinnyfat body. But this guy has a fully stocked weights set up too, and this is how he looks. Maybe he doesn't wan to offend Redditors.

He's naturally frail, a runner's physique. If he lifted he wouldn't get much bigger

Yeah you're right, he's natty limit
>>

The solution is toning up the muscles, increasing resting muscle tone, with low weight high rep (100+) exercises, like what bodybuilders did back in the day because they wanted a small core to make their upper bodies look bigger.

But since the Rippetoe era, muscle tone and high reps are heresy, so suddenly there is no solution to this problem anymore,

Typical physique of someone who doesn't do bodybuilding, only "functional" exercies, powershitting or CNS training.

If you train with no regards to aesthetics, you will have no aesthetics. Simple as.

you dont have to do this

If you train according to internet workouts, it might well be your limit. But nobody forces you to do that.

Well I can tell you in real life most of them tend to be in various states of lamentable disrepair as well. I see maybe a dozen or so of them every day at work, and only 3 of them are actually fit, two are severely overweight, and while most are at least somewhat slim, they don't look like they do much exercise. Which isn't to say they don't know what they're talking about, but they don't practice what they preach.

This guy isn't lean, though? He's the definition of skinnyfat. Plus it's a lot of visceral fat, so you can kind of see ab definition but it'll never look better than that if he doesn't drop 30 more pounds. Yes, 30lbs.

I checked his Instagram, he's a physio specializing in movement patterns . Obviously he doesn't lift (I think...)

Modern men have shit genetics because:
A: A lot of great strong specimen were wiped out during WW2 without getting the chance to reproduce
B: We basically made sure that every man, no matter how pathetic, had a chance to breed post WW2 and until the dawn of women's sexual liberation and the arrival of dating apps.

Every man in my recent family history was manly and had respectable looks. And then you have me - autism, babyface, shrill voice, unibrow, balding and persistent acne at 33. I take care of myself, of course, and don't look nearly as terrible as you might think, but at some point our genes clearly went to absolute shit.
>>
>>77389735
But you are showing a manly man who reproduced and made a soi. That contradicts both your theories
>>
>>77389698
I don't do it because it's bad for athletic performance, but I can tell you it works within weeks. AMRAP BWEs will make you tight without regard to diet etc.

Easy to compare: RIght is more alpha because he was in the military. We can see that from his jaw width, chin width, eyebrow shape and canthal tilt.
Left is a soiboi because he grew up in a society that eschews violence and conflicts.

Training wont help you, you need to fix your posture and let your fascia get used to the new posture. The pelvis and rincage should be in line like so that the core is like one whole block. Look up alexander technique.

>someone asked ChatGPT to create an IRL Redditor?
>patchy beard that looks like his face is dirty (there must be a name for this, it's always the same color too, a sandy brown a color of shit. Seriously picture how it wouldn't look quite as bad if black or blond)
>bald but also a nice 5 o'clock head shadow to combine the worst of being bald and the hair horseshoe
>extremely weak facial features. No eyebrows, prey eyes, no jaw
>farmer's tan on neck and forearms
>textbook skinnyfat when the guy is a fucking PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND OWNS A WELL-EQUIPPED GYM

This is the classic jeet physique, though to be fair the average jeet has more of a distended belly. If I somehow walked into his business for any advice I'd to a 360 and GTFO.
>>
>>77391154
You think those attributes manifested as soon as he joined the military or something?

Anterior pelvic tilt. Train abs and ass, never sit down.

20% body fat vs 15% body fat

>Why is this somehow the single most complicated bodybuilding issue.
Same reason that calves are the subject of so much discussion and superstition: Lots of gymcels can and do train for years without ever successfully addressing it, even as they put on 40 pounds of muscle and cut below 15% bodyfat and in every other way are successful in the gym.

Beer belly. Soda gut.
Stop drinking alcohol.
Stop drinking Pepsi.
