If you aggresive cut and exercise for 6 months, you'll become lean and your muscles will be fully exposed. The hardest part of becoming lean is that the diet needs to be fixed and it'll be extra difficult at the start. You need to start eating potatos, mushrooms, carrots, eggs, onions, cottage cheese, coconut water, lower calorie variants of sweets to satisfy cravings, etc. The only dieting food that I absolutely hate and despise is rice cakes. Fuck whoever memed rice cakes into existence. My go-to sweet treat is a slice of white bread with organic orange jelly.
