Why does my body fat calculation keep coming out as 1%? I've double checked all my measurements. What the fuck?
>>77390802Maybe you're just bad at measuring
>>77390802I wouldn't know unless you shared the specifics of the results from the tests the doctors ran on you.
>>77390813I tried the US navy body fat calculator just out of curiosity. Even after adding like 3 cm to my waist measurement, it still estimates my body fat at an absurdly low level. I figured it'd be low, but not that low. It honestly seems impossible
Ok, I got more accurate measurements now and apparently my body fat is 4.3%. It's still insanely low. I think I should get it measured another way, but I'd probably still get an insanely low body fat anyway. I'm not surprised at all. I don't know why I opened this thread in the first place
>>77390802You're more than likely just bad at math
>>77390802You’re fat.
>>77390802How come this thread is pinned? Did you bribe a Janny?
>>77390811This
>>77390879This.It doesn't work for sarcopenic obesity.t. 3% bodyfat according to the Navy method
>>77392306I'm 5'7" 98 lbs btw
>>77390802It's like the odometers on old cars, once you hit the maximum it rolls back around to zero. You have 101% bodyfat.
>>77390802Why is this stickied?
>>77390833>I triedsee that's not what I said though, I said a doctor should run the tests and give you the results.
>>77392306>>77392311jesus
>>77390802>1% bodyfatYou almost made it, just a little bit more and then you'll be gigachad
>>77390802Because you're using a water displacement tank you're not going to get 100% accuracy.
You forgot to switch from ‘male’ to ‘female’. Now post tits or gtfo.
