Its kinda like 'Bear Complexe'. Google it.Its mostly done for condition, many rugby players do it. Its a series of Clean, Front Squat, OHP, back squat, behind the neck press. One of the most taxing but fun exercises out there. Limited to the weakest chain (behind the neck). Look into it
