its taken me like an entire year to go from repping 60kg to 80kg
hardest (single) exercise there is
i remember in highschool some guy in his 20s would pull up to the gym in his old ass orange landcruiser after his work at the roma gas fields and would OHP 140kg for reps and leave
im not gay but he made me want to be
