I genuinely enjoy eating until I’m so fucking stuffed that it’s almost physically painful. But u also enjoy being lean and having abs. I’m considering pigging out one day each week and fasting another day each week to balance it out. Is there any real reason I shouldn’t do this?

Physiologically, as long as your calorie count at the end of the week is low enough, doesn't matter.

Just make sure the weekly average comes to a sufficient deficit. This is actually a solid plan and follows basic tenants of UD 2.0. You get a nice leptin spike and keep your endocrine system in good shape with the refeed.

Make it one meal a week and you'll be fine t.binges 8000+ calories in a sitting weekly and doesn't gain weightIt also helps if your binge includes a lot of meat and vegetables so you don't ruin your health eating a wedding cake
Eating that much food at once is not good for you gd guys. Eat 5k a day over two days, not 10k in one meal holy shit ur gonna die young
That one huge meal will still make you fat despite fasting for the week.Start running or swimming to burn more calories.
