If i do ohp's throughout a whole day, will i get stronger? I have my own lifting bar + weights and i don't have anything else than free time. This is like cheating for getting ridiculously strong, no?

I'm planning to 3 rep lifts everytime i do ohp and if i do that 30 times per day it will be 90 reps per day.

How many reps can you do at once?
>>
>>77392821
my maximum is around 5-6 reps but i think that it's not possible to do max reps 30 times per day
>>
>>77392826
No. No it's not.
>>
>>77392830
Well, atleast my technique would improve over time
>>
>>77392820
Look up greasing the groove. That is what you are trying to do. It's a longer process than you think and it does yield gains.

Also look up Russian stepwise loading, which is related.

Thanks! Everyday i'm learning something new.

If you did like 30 sets to failure every day, you'd burn out fast if you can only do like 6 reps per set.
>>
>>77392877
I meant if i was succesful doing 3 reps 30 times per day, atleast my technique would improve, even if i don't get noticeably stronger or bigger
>>
I've done 10 3 reps lifts currently and this feels very doable

Stepwise loading or greasing the groove per >>77392857 would plateau for a very long time until one day you just ... get better. The Soviets used that method because it was hard to microload or increase weights so they just had to work with what they had until one day the body adapted (it's also called the "what the hell effect") - this is noticeable since rooskies love kettlebells which move in 4kg (!) jumps.
In the west we do microloading and wave undulation (deload weeks, volume vs intensity blocks, etc.) but the old sovietski methods work. They are SLOWER to progress than western methods, but they work monotonically (e.g., you don't need to deload). Pick your poison I guess.
For OHP this method works fine, albeit slower than other programs; but if you have the time, why the hell not
>>
>>77392821
How do you do more than one rep at a time?
>>
>>77392820
Basically, yes
>>
>>77392820
>I plan to do it
That's the thing with these daily routines. Everyone is always bragging about it while only a week in, or even BEFORE doing it like in your case. Nobody sticks to it because it doesn't work but no skin off my bones if you waste time.

What will happen is that you'll get stronger initially, then suddenly hit a wall.

Multiple barbells. I suggest 3 to make a triangle.
You're not a handlet with womanhands, are you?
>>
depends (no)
>>
>>77392820
Yes.
>>
I do pull ups and OHP
My definition of strong is able to pull myself up.
