Why aren't you adding 5 lbs?
>>77393538i added 10 thank you very much
I thought I knew more than Rip and once I matured, I realized he was right the whole time.
>>77393697>I realized he was fat the whole time.ftfy
>>77393700>fatI'd make you hold my pocket and rerack my weights.
>>77393732cute selfie. very intimidating
>>77393732cute sweatpants.
>>77393732Routine?
>>77393732London?
>>77393732mirinwhat's your height/weight?
>>77393538there is simply zero reason to be grotesquely big. You can lift sure, but you are already fat, why do you need to be bigger? Name one irl benefit to being "big"
>>77393538My bench stalled I'm doing +2.5 lbs
>>77393845>Name one irl benefit to being "big"1. "Big" is what actually impresses people IRL. It's what we evolutionary respond to as an impressive physique. Nobody cares about leanness. Every guy who has impressed you IRL did so because he was 'big'. 2. It builds a bigger reserve of muscle and strength for you to coast off as you get old and deteriorate3. It's protective
>>77393538I did, could only do 4 reps sets with the new weight, did 6 of them
>>77393861Just do more reps
>>77393845Don't worry, you never will be.
>>77393845How old are you?
>>77393861time for an intermediate routine, fren
>>77393538I don't need to add 5lbs.
>>77393845So women cross the road when they see me.
I can hardly hit the reps as it is coach
>>77397300If you want better progress just be a gymrat and you'll have rested better one day and your lifts are just permanently up even on a bad day.It works less if you can't bulk properly, cutting is only important to be able to bulk more often.
>>77393934>routine Lol noob1st of mo M-T TH-F >3X3 bench/dips/incline, rear delts, 3x5-10 depending on powerlifting vs bodybuilding more pressing>shoulders 3x, finish off arms That or reversed with higher rep chest work on the odd days is about as much as anyone can handle if you go hard. Add as many accessories as you want. It's a way better template and you have room to add bullshit like pec flies or reverse bench on off days. Legs, core, arms etc should be based on current progress and the fact that you can hit arms 4x and legs 2x a week without further gains at anything because of muscle size and recovery time.
>>77397323>deload/few days off in 1-3wks depending on if you have longer rest weekends>usually after a month you want 5 days off just to not burn out
