e3 rehab on youtube is the only actual fitness channel that quotes sport science articles and phd papers. pretty much any injury you have, that channel will tell you have to rehab it without surgery.

Scott Herman has decent tutorials on most exercises for beginners
Sean Nalewanyj is worth watching to avoid meme exercises and gym myths
Garage Gym Reviews is useful if you want a home gym

Mike from RP will tell you everything you need to know about building muscle. He's an actual pro bodybuilder with a PHD literally the smartest guy in fitness. He's pretty funny too with great sense of humor.

There are no "influencers" worth following. Think about the consequences of allowing that word to be smuggled into your lexicon.

Dom Mazetti has been consistently hilarious for a couple of decades. Don't know if he counts.
>>

I don’t know if I would call him an influencer, but Jim Wendler has a livestream q&a every week

I like Joey D, but I wish he admitted to blasting gear when he was younger rather than selling the lifetime natty story
>>
Jason Genova

>>77393908
Yea, wouldn't be surprised if that's true. I also saw some semi-recent pictures of his brother who looks even more like a fraud, don't know if he claims natty though.

he's showing really good size here

Rich Piana. Even from the grave I see some shorts where he drops some gold nuggets, like shoulder exercises proper posture stuff.

People are saying these guys as jokes but fitness is literally so simple that if you follow even these retards advice you'll build muscle. It doesnt matter who you follow, all of them tell you to lift weights, eat protein and sleep. And thats all you have to do. So to answer the OPs question, no, none of them are worth following. Its just content farm.

this guy is the leanmode truthbomb.

Lyle mcdonald / Solomon , basement body building, and watching top nattys train,
Are the goats

>Following roid trannies advice
No thanks.
>>
You have to remember that most of the audience for any kind of "content" online is retarded. You need a lot of kind of dumb people watching your stuff if you want to make money and don't want to sell "coaching" services or have an app. Almost all of the advice is implicitly for people who have 0-3 maybe 9 months of experience because that's where all the money is. Your viewers on average are going to be pretty impulsive, unable to follow any sort of actual plan, don't want to learn anything, don't want to try very hard, and don't want to objectively measure anything they are doing. So the answer is no, not really. Almost all of the information you will learn will be in 2-3 For Dummies level books you can read in a month or two. There is almost no audience for content that's higher level than that.

Dan John

Only correct answer. I love you uncle Scooby. I know you're here.
>>
>>77394228
Yes and its just good business. Same with gyms. You want to hook in some fat slob retards into a contract or subscription and then get them to quit after 2 weeks and then you get paid with little effort.
>>
>>77393779
>with a PHD
Lol

Why do people hate on Mike besides him being a kike? The videos I've watched of him seem fine.
>>
i like basement bodybuilding

All of them are just supplement salesmen at this point
>>
>>77395760
read his PHD and you will understand

Underrated post
>>
>>77394114
But that's the thing, these guys overcomplicate it to the point of absurdity. Just what they posted in the first year might be of any value. Everything else is just click bait shit that will make your training worse.
