I was watching Biggest loser and it gave me an idea. What if there was a 1980s style slasher movie set at a fat camp? The killer is a former fitness instructor that went nuts from dealing with hundreds of disgusting fats and their ham hog excuses. He starts killing them off and then it's like a Late Phases thing where they have to whip into shape to survive.

Make it a reality show. The fitness instructor has to catch the obese contestants. He is weighted down with a 100 lb vest and takes off 5 lbs a day. The "killer" can't go into the camp but the contestants have to forage for food seeded around the campsite. They can eat whatever they forage otherwise they starve.
