I did these for 4 years starting from covid and I plateaud and just stopped, but these made my traps really huge, especially snatches, and made my forearm muscles pretty big.I remember dropping the bar on my head so many times on my first year for snatches. Right now I just do hang cleans and jerks sometimes, but a push press does the same thing.

If your goal is only posing in the mirror then yes olympic lifts are extremely redundant for you.
