I get working out once or twice a week, but whats the point of all of your PPLUPs and others 5 days a week instead of starting a decent fightning sport like MMA, Boxing or Muay Thai?

PPL is just gymcel shit from people that don't understand kinesiology. The "push" and "pull" is just working the opposite joint plane, so like abduction in one workout and adduction in the other. The reason it's stupid is because antagonist (stabilizing) muscles aren't significantly fatigued, so when people are doing dumbbell curls they are being lazy faggots when they need an entire other day to do tricep extensions. Everything is right there, just do it. It's funny that they don't consider doing it for the legs, since if they followed the logic it should be a 4-day split of upper anterior/posterior and lower anterior/posterior.

Upper/Lower is the golden era split (go look at primary sources) because there's a clear distinction between exercises originating at the hips vs exercises originating from the shoulders. The reason I'm bitching about the split is that if you do a 4x upper/lower, you have 3 days of the week free to work on other aspects of fitness like aerobic fitness. I also mean actual aerobic fitness, not walking. Or you can practice a sport while not thrashed from a workout.
