What’s the easiest and quickest way to stop/quit smoking?
Low dose semeglitude.
>>77394472Watch that catgirl smocker anime, it depicts smoking addicts as the repulsive freaks they actually are.
>>77394473or reta killed my interest in porn and drinking too
>>77394472>What’s the easiest...Imagine wanting it to be easy...
My smoking habit has gotten out of control I have to stop my car every 25 mins just to smoke it’s like my mind can’t function without a cig
>>77394472switch to nicotine pouches
>>77394472In all honesty, vaping. Mich more easy to quit vaping once you have been of the darts.
Magic Mushrooms will cure your smoking laughably easily
>>77394553only if you want it
>>77394553Magic mushrooms cured my crippling germaphobia for one whole day.
>>77394472just stop
>>77394538nah man vaping is harder than cigs to quit I've gone back and forth between em the only time I was able to quit was when I switched to pouches.
>>77394472Realize there has to be a last cigarette if you're going to quit, smoke your last one, and quit.
>>77394530you need to stop your car? can you not walk and chew bubblegum at the same time either?
>>77394472throw out everything you need to smoke, never buy it again. That's how I did it, 7 years clean now. The first 2 months are rough, but if you find a hobby to pick up when you get a craving, they can only last ~5-10 minutes.
>>77394472Just buy a vape and never mention it like the rest of us
>>77394473Tirz is better.
Quit and if you relapse quit again
Getting nailed in the head with a brick for poisoning other people's clean air
Ex smoker here, 12 years of smoking, 4 years not smokingWhat REALLY helps:>don't have them arounddon't buy them, don't save one for later, just rawdog the cravings and take your lighter away>get away from other smokersAt least for the first few months, if you live with other smokers and people who have cigarettes around, it's really hard to quit. Change the environment if you can. If you smoke when drinking, avoid drinking for a while.>do the mathIt's expensive and useless, look at how much you spend on it, it can be a great incentive to stop>you just have to not-smoke ONE cigaretteI think this was what helped me out the most. What I mean is that instead of thinking "yeah, I'm quitting this forever" and then punishing yourself if you happen to fail, think about it this way: you have to skip ONLY the next cigarette. You can skip one cigarette, bro. Notice the patterns on when you want to smoke and when that moment comes say to yourself that it's alright to skip this one, because you'll have one later. And then simply don't. After a few minutes of craving, the desire greatly diminishes. Also, if you happen to smoke one cig in the process, don't let that slide into a relapse, keep the same goal: skip the next one. Literally use procrastination to your favour and postpone smoking to tomorrow, but do this forever.Smoking feels great for the smoker and awful for the non-smoker. If you're clean, after a couple of years it will disgust you and you'll not understand why you started smoking in the first place. It's definitely worth quitting, the health benefits are obvious on your body, everything gets a little better.
>>77394472Newfag.
>>77394472Stop going places where you can buy cigsGg ezThey rip you off on everything there so it's a win win win
I switched to pouches for a couple years then just quit. Smoked about 10 years prior
>>77394520
Dont buy themDont bum themCongrats u successfully quit smokingYou can end the thread here
>>77394472Just get over the wall. Do whatever you can, nicotine gum, vape, nicotine pouches, dip. Anything but a cigarette. After a while, the smell of cigarettes becomes nasty, especially the old cigarette smell on someone close to you. And then you think, did I smell like that all those years? It's easier to ween yourself off the of vapes, nic pouches, etc that to quit smoking cold turkey.
>>77395288That's a retarded advice. You just get addicted to pouches/vapes and at some point you start ripping ciggies again.
>>77394472Throw away the pack and never smoke again. Requires nothing but self-control. It's how I quit.
>>77394472If tirz affects and lowers addictive impulses I think I could be good for OCD treatment.I would take it not for the weight loss effect, but for the lack of addictive behavior.
Never start with this shitI am 5 years smoke free and I still wanna light one upI won’t tho. It‘s a whisper in your ear. And the prices of baccy nearly doubled since I quit. So definitely not worth. Please light one up for me. I miss it dearly
Not the answer you want but switch to vaping. The only hard part is the first three days but after that you will be absolutely disgusted smoking a cigarette. It's not perfect but you will breathe a lot better and won't spend your day coughing and hacking up phlegm. Also while I'm not ready to quit vaping myself, I'm fairly positive it will be much easier than trying to outright quit smoking.I dont get mass anxiety if I go out and I forgot my vape unlike cigs.
>>77394472Not the quickest but what worked for me (for a year until lockdown) was getting REFILLABLE vapes. Not the pre-filled, disposable ones.Find a flavor you like with multiple mg doses and a store that sells them. Do 30 mg or 24 mg or whatever for a week or two, then step down. What I would do is take an empty vape juice bottle (sold by stores) fill half with 24 mg and half with, say, 18 mg or 12 mg and keep stepping down until I was vaping nothingCurrently back on smokes and am going to try patches
>>77394472Stop buying cigarettes.
>>77394893>If you smoke when drinking, avoid drinking for a while.I would advise anyone who tries to quit to avoid alcohol like a plague. It's close to impossible to hold it together once you're tipsy.
>>77396171This was the biggest thing I noticed when I quit smoking and switched to vape.I could drink a twelve pack and chain smoke and keep going. Now I drink like 4 and I'm done.Cigs and alcohol are a combo that just wont let up.
>>77394598>>77394538The irony is cigarettes were immeasurably easier to quit because they made me feel like shit. Love them to bits and cigs will always look cool to smoke. Idgaf.Vapes though, fml they are so much harder to quit, easier to huff with reckless abandon, and since it isn't a ceremony anymore I end up just getting too much of a good thing with the nic. When I want to quit nicotine I just smoke weed to silence the craving. Then I go cold turkey from that.
>>77394473What is wrong with you retards thinking you need to inject shit for every imagineable issue?I smoked a pack a week from the age of 16 to 22 and quit cold turkey. Only had 1 or 2 moments of temptation for about 2 weeks.
>>77394472Don't get addicted into whatever trash Pedro & Sergio swept from the factory floor, pure nicotine doesn't cause any addiction whatsoever.
Nicorette gums>>77396207>>77394598>>77394538been 1 month since I vaped it's actually laughably easy with nicotine gumsI'll still smoke a cigarette every now and then but that's like once a month
