Is it possible to get 3k calories 200g protein with enough fiber and micros etc for under $15/day anymore? Without eating nothing but rice and eggs ofc. Lean ground beef is over $7/lb now, I used to eat a lb a day damn

Whatever the solution is it probably involves bird feed sunflower seeds

I'm poor and autistic so I just do 4 cups of milk, 4 scoops, 12 cheese sticks, bananas, prunes, random fruit, and ice cream until I hit my calories. I supplement with a multivitamin, magnesium, fish oil, and psyllium husk. Not sure what the supplements cost but I get over 200g protein and 3000+ calories for under $15/day. My shits are immaculate.

Firstly, nobody actually needs 200g protein. You are not a Mr Olympia contestant and neither is anyone else on this board, contrary to all the anons who claim to be 250 ripped.
It's 1 gram per point of LEAN body mass you need. And even that is pushing it really, honestly you're fine with 100g a day. Protein is overrated in general, bullshit propaganda from supplement companies to make more people think they need their stupid gay protein powders

If you're broke and need cheap food that's got protein
>egg noodles, like 7g a serving and of course 2 servings is the kind of portion an adult man will be having
>Canned tuna
>Spam
>Go for the higher fat beef, way cheaper, you get less meat but the value you save is worth what you lose out on in meat
>Pork and turkey mince are cheap too
>Milk is cheap
>Ramen
>Get chicken thighs, cheaper part of chicken
>Lentils
>Pasta is good if you're sick of rice
Make smarter choices, the more you buy the more you save generally. The larger packs of ground beef or eggs are better value than smaller ones. I reached a 275 bench weighing 190 when my I was dirt poor and my only source of income was NEETbux and like 150 a month I made from streaming

Yes, have this for breakfast every morning. 450g full fat greek yoghurt, two scoops of whey protein, mix it up. Boom 800 calories 95g of protein before you've even got out of bed, then just eat what you want for the rest of the day

Today my macros worked out to 2930 calories, 223g protein, 122g fat, and 250g carbs. Not gonna get diabetes from that at 6'5 245lbs. Enjoy your cyclospora.

-1lbs chicken breast or thighs - air chilled = $2.99/lb
-1lb american wagyu eye of round = $5.99/lb
-fruits: bananas or moonlight nectarines
-pasta 1 box barilla or generic = <$1.50
-classico pasta sauce = $2~2.50

yes, you can easily get it for under $15. i eat cheap for most of the week because weekend meals eating outside, esp. with my wife's demands for fine dining in michelin level restaurants run me $400-2000 easily. i can def. make my daily meals under $15, but i'm not that desperate financially. i still try to keep it under $500 grocery/week.

They're selling 100g protein milk cartons for like 3 dollars/euros now.
1 of those a day alongside some fortified cereals + occasional chicky and you're done.

Those with a less anabolic metabolism need more protein in proportion to their bodyweight.
People eating less calories need more protein.
Naturals need more protein.

Every organ in your body requires protein not just your muscles, if you want good skin/bones/tendons/brain/stomach/liver/kidneys as you age then you better eat a high protein diet long term.
People eating high protein diets seem to be able to maintain a leaner look even if they don't track anything.
High protein diets are not a scam, the adult male human should eat around 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight a day for optimal fitness, keyword being optimal.
Carbs and fats are what's overrated for being healthy and fit, no one that isn't already ripped needs to eat any significant amount of fat, and carbohydrate requirements for optimal fitness are like 150g a day and anything higher than that is highly dependant on the individual and their impact on gym performance is inconsistent.

Some people that we would call outliers do need more protein than normal.
If you look at how some of these moderate protein targets are obtained you can see various problems like using mere proxy measures of muscle mass like FFMI which are greatly impacted by foodstuff in the GI tract or water weight changes or even the water content loss from adipose tissue.
If you look at the strength data however you're able to see that high protein diets (2g per kg bodyweight or higher) do better.

The best measurement of protein requirement we have is IAAO and according to it what's optimal for adult males on a caloric balance is 2g of protein per kilogram of bodyweight a day.
with the minimum for health being around 0.93g.

milk (or calcium really) prevents the absorption of magnesium and fish oil so make sure to leave at least 2 hours in between them

yeah
