>go to gym>feel somewhat healthy during and after routine>play sports>feel quite healthy after a long competitive session>have a leisurely walk around the town for a few hours>feel extremely healthyI know that walking is the most normal thing for a human to do, but still, why? Is it some kind of a stress related thing?
>>77394667Probably mental. I used to walk upwards of 20,000-30,000 steps a day for months at a time and it didn't seem to do much for me very little improvement on any normal health metric probably because I was always a walker just doing more of it didn't improve anything beyond what it had already done at 7000-8000/day
>>77394802Perhaps your baseline health is greater than mine, thanks for the input
>>77394667It's entirely mental because as you already suggested, it's normal activity. It's not exercise and the fact people call it "cardio" is a testament to how fucking unhealthy people are now.
