do you guys know how to start endurance training? I am 265 pounds and can walk for 40 minutes before I am uncomfortable. But, I would like to walk for 100 minutes. Do I just keep walking or will I get injured?

i did a 10 minute walk at 4km/h and had to stop cause my lungs hurt to bad and started panic attacking... I guess I've lost my endurance progress. I stopped walking every day for 3 months and reverted to sedentary after building myself up.
you really need to look on your diet bud, also yes walk, walk as much as you can and change your fucking habits
